Requirements

• Requirements Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experiance in Architectural & Structural drawings.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating detailed technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of formwork design principles and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience with 3D modeling software for visualizing formwork systems.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Familiarity with Industrialised Building System (IBS) is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed formwork drawings and plans using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop 3D models of formwork systems to visualize the construction process and identify potential clashes or interferences.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to understand project requirements and incorporate design changes into formwork drawings.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to extract relevant information for formwork design and detailing.
• Calculate material quantities and prepare material lists for formwork construction, optimizing material usage and minimizing waste.
• Maintain organized records of all formwork drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
• Assist in the development of formwork design standards and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
