You will own the
end-to-end technical success of deployments
, from understanding customer needs and shaping solution architecture to implementation, integration, demonstrations, and ongoing technical feedback that influences product evolution.
Act as the primary technical lead for customer engagements
Deploy and configure production-grade systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments
Build proof-of-concepts, pilots, and custom integrations based on customer needs
Perform on-site installation, debugging, environment setup, and system optimization
Solution Design & Technical Architecture
Translate customer challenges into clear technical specifications
Design system integrations involving APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and frontend components
Collaborate with core engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities and roadmap
Validate scalability, security, and integration best practices
Client Enablement & Technical Communication
Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training for technical and non-technical audiences
Create clear deployment, configuration, and integration documentation
Communicate customer feedback and product gaps to engineering teams with actionable detail
Technical Troubleshooting & Production Support
Serve as the first technical responder for customer environments
Diagnose and resolve issues across application logic, system configuration, and infrastructure
Improve reliability using logs, monitoring, profiling, and observability tools
Deliver rapid resolutions while coordinating with central engineering teams
Product Influence & Field Insights
Provide real-world usage insights to influence product strategy and R&D
Contribute to improving deployment frameworks, tooling, and best practices
Support continuous improvement of customer-facing engineering processes
Software Engineering & Custom Development
Develop scripts, microservices, or frontend modules to support customer workflows
Debug issues across the full stack (infrastructure, backend, frontend, APIs, and data)
Maintain stable demo and sandbox environments with repeatable deployments
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
3-8+ years
of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, full-stack development, or customer-facing technical roles
