Prepare and process import/export documentation.
Monitor shipment status and update customers/internal departments accordingly.
Ensure compliance with customs, port, and government regulations.
Assist in handling customs clearance procedures and resolving related issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and payment tracking.
Support billing and invoicing processes related to forwarding activities.
Provide administrative support to the forwarding/logistics team.
Handle correspondence with clients regarding shipment arrangements and requirements.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Have SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an advantage.
Knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documents is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
