Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR, or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in startups, HR agencies, SaaS, or digital platforms
• Strong organizational, execution, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and leading projects with minimal supervision
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to coordinate across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Fluent in Mandarin, with strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and SOPs across departments (HR, finance, admin, customer success, etc.)
• Support hiring and onboarding processes, working closely with HR and recruitment teams
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives
• Lead special projects and initiatives that support company scaling
• Ensure compliance with legal, HR, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain clear documentation of internal policies and procedures
