Looking for a specialist in FP&A for a MNC Pharmaceutical company in KL. Your new role Responsible for reporting relating to month/quarter end closing matters, including preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly closing schedules and reports for Malaysia & Singapore Responsible for forecast of inventory write off and reporting Preparation, reconciliation, analysis and submission of interco schedules and balances for Malaysia & Singapore Provide variance analysis and commentaries of actual expenses against budget to support the monthly close process for M Malaysia & Singapore Perform monthly analytical review and analysis of the financial statements for M Malaysia & Singapore Responsible for month/quarter end closing matters, including preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly closing schedules and reports for Malaysia & Singapore Prepare quarterly GST / withholding tax submission for Malaysia & Singapore (if required) Assist the controller in building strong working relationships with all department heads and d riving process improvement and efficiency / productivity initiatives and driving continual improvement to the advantage of CooperVision and their customers Assist the Financial Controller in developing credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends to assist the Financial Controller SEA in the performance of their responsibilities. Assisting and liaison with internal/external auditors during audit for Malaysia & Singapore Ensure compliance with internal controls procedures and accounting policies and putting in place any standard operation procedures as and when required for Malaysia & Singapore Leading finance related projects to meet business needs as and when necessary. What you\'ll need to succeed Relevant experience in FP&A and finance business partnering background. Solid accounting skills with good knowledge of accounting standards. US GAAP knowledge will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft office applications. Solid knowledge and direct experience using ERP systems (Oracle is our global ERP system). Energetic, self-starter, showing good inquisitiveness and desire to understand the business more deeply.
