ANZ FP&A Analyst

Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst with our GBS KL team. In this role you will be responsible for consolidation of country management reports, budgeting and forecasting and assist in tracking of KPIs and provide commentaries on business performance.

Essential Job Functions

Country Reporting and Consolidation

Responsible for the timely and accurate consolidation and generation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Drive report standardization and consistency with HQ and region with enhancements and automation

Weekly Sales Forecast and quarterly P/L Landing Support

Collaborate with Country FD and Business Divisions on the forecast for submission to Region

Analyse Sales trend, highlight risk and opportunity, compiled analytics and commentary supporting country FD during the process

Yearly Budget/Strategic Planning and Forecasting

Devise country specific budget templates and work with key stakeholders to compile and consolidate forecast input

Analyse consolidated forecast input and provide high level analytics to Country FD to facilitate country management review

Translate country approved Budget/Forecast information into Budget system templates for submission into TM1/HFM

Requirements

Accountancy qualification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA or other equivalent professional qualification

Proven 5 years relevant experience in financial analysis & reporting, preferably in shared service FP&A capacity

Proven hands on knowledge of Hyperion, TM1 and other ERP system

Excellent excel spreadsheet skill and Powerpoint presentation

Experience in medical device/Healthcare industry an advantage
