Join us in POWERING POSITIVE CHANGE\xe2\x84\xa2 JOB SUMMARY Overall Finance lead for Maxeon Logistics, responsible on all Logistics financial numbers, forecasts, and analyses KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES FPnA Analysis / Reporting / Stakeholder Management Conduct analyses and planning for Logistics including, monthly financial, variance analysis, and forecasting such as AOP/BOQ/EOQ/Outlook Work closely with the Logistics team to prepare consolidated quarterly and annual forecasts for expenses. Support any re-forecasting process if necessary Develop and maintain financial models in support of the Quarterly and Annual forecasting process \xe2\x80\x93 including \xe2\x80\x9cwhat-if\xe2\x80\x9d scenario analysis Prepare and communicate monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reports \xe2\x80\x93 provide insightful analysis on budget variances and expense trends, with an eye on influencing and driving Logistics decisions and behavior. Work with business partners to identify appropriate metrics to track and evaluate business performance. Build trust and a communication network within customer organizations Working with the FP&A team and Accounting to ensure that financials are healthy and are within external and internal policy standards. Provide analysis or explanation for any variance of actual expenses versus prior quarter actual spend and/or the current quarter\xe2\x80\x99s AOP/BOQ/EOQ, and other analysis as may be required by management. Support AOP/BOQ/EOQ forecasting, including freight rate trend analysis and optimization of shipment methods. Support Quarterly Cost Roadmap \xe2\x80\x93 provide AOP/BOQ numbers and detailed supporting analysis for actual expenses as required by the cost roadmap owners. Attend and participate actively in cost roadmap meetings. Enable to lead/support projects that will drive financial and process improvements Other functions/tasks that will be assigned by the Director, Manufacturing Finance FP&A from time to time Able to bridge the system interface between LOG system (Infodis, Trax) with Oracle / HFM system
The responsibility for Logistic cover the end to end: The logistic responsibility includes (i) accuracy of the logistic cost booking by business segment and by technologies, (ii) detailed variance analysis, including diagnosis of issues and recommendation of the remedies
Inventory Reduction for working capital preservation Steering the inventory reduction across all categories of inventory to preserve for working capital Benchmarking of inventory turn rates to industry standard Support dashboard for inventory trend for actual Inventory projections Business Partnering with Operation team to optimize inventory level Run working capital\xe2\x80\x9d optimization scenario for both logistic and inventory Accounting and Compliance Supports Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations Support FS Monthly Closing Activities and cycle review materials Enable to document business process and procedure to ensure compliance with SOX, controls (internal/external) and company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedure Inventory Management JOB REQUIREMENTS College Degree in Business with Accountancy or Finance specialty or experience preferred CPA is a plus. Working experience 5-10 years in a managerial level Good communication skills can interact well with people from all levels Ability to lead managers of different cultures in a global role; influencing skills to guide other functions in the Business Segment; Ability to work with and in international teams, business English (speak & write); 2 to 3 years of experience with foreign cultures (USA/Asian), ideally an extended stay abroad in a management position. Deep knowledge of semiconductor / PV markets and operation Analytic thinking and skills Negotiation skills in international environment Ability to run global projects with cross functional interaction Advance competencies in Office Applications particularly MS Excel Proficiency in English both written and verbal form Flexible in working overtime and beyond normal working hours as the business demand Knowledgeable in Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion Safety Compliance Your safety is our number one priority at Maxeon.
