:We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by providing financial insights, analyzing performance, and developing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & Analysis:- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.- Provide variance analysis and commentary on actual vs. budget/forecast.2. Strategic Planning:- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.3. Financial Reporting:- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and templates.4. Business Partnership:- Provide financial guidance and support to business units.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.5. Any Other Projects:- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.)- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.- Excellent Excel skills and/or knowledge with data visualization and analytical tools- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.- Attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) would be an advantage.- Proficient in english both oral and written
