Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: FP&A Lead - IISEA is a critical position under ASEAN CFO and partner with IISEA Vice President & IISEA Leadership team on followings:
  • Anchoring all monthly /quarterly financial and management reporting for IISEA cluster including but not limited to OGSIM tracker, performance dashboard.
  • Facilitating business performance monitoring and review (MBR) with markets & identifying key insights / questions which help the review process become actionable.
  • Partnering with IISEA VP and IISEA Leadership team on forming strategic plans for the regions, leading the discussion on resource allocations among geographies and business units. Work closely and directly with the CFO ASEAN, CFO APAC & IISEA President to support cluster-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Working with IISEA LT on implementation of IISEA transformation agenda including but not limited to review cadence, review quality, full potential thinking, operating systems\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Leading all submissions to APAC including quarterly forecasts, annual plans, strategic plans, board presentations post due consolidation from markets and reviews with IISEA leadership with timeliness, accuracy and quality. Work closely and directly with the CFO ASEAN to support financial goal setting and financial planning for the whole clusters.
  • Working closely with country finance to understand country forecast, provide PoV to IISEA leaders and facilitate effective reviews with countries and APAC.
  • Implementing IMM (integrated margin management) framework across IISEA countries.
  • Be key finance contract point for cross countries projects like sourcing change. Develop data-driven investment business cases, and evaluation criteria for growth and efficiency-oriented initiatives.
  • Supporting key business presentations, scenario planning and financial analyses on a case-by-case basis as per requirements of IISEA leaders. Assisting in development of cluster, regional & Global presentations and materials.
  • Responsible for budgeting & delivery of overheads for IISEA
  • Supporting Finance transformation projects and reporting. Working closely with global FP&A team on FP&A deliverables and with global team members on key transformation workstreams playing a dual role of evangelist of these projects and at the same time being the voice of the customer to ensure on-ground feedback is communicated and acted upon by the global teams.
**This role is an individual contributor position. Essential Requirements:
  • CPA or MBA Finance preferably with FMCG and FP&A experience / business analysis / partnering experience
  • 10+ years of experience
  • High expertise on spreadsheets / PowerPoint tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and analytical skills
  • Very high detail orientation
  • Good collaboration and team working ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Prefer good skills on Anaplan, Tableau or ability to pick up quickly (this is a preference not a must have)
