Duties & Responsibilities1. Maximise Franchise Operation Department Efficiency and Productivity
Work under Franchise Operation Consultant supervision to assist centre principal with simple consultation regarding to centre operation, such as how to use Eduwis books, environment maintenance, and annual activities.
Conducting visit to the centre based on the schedule set after consulting with Franchise Operation Consultant.
Liaise with stock maintenance officer to assist, monitoring and/or delivering and posting centre order.
Remind and collect payment from centres.
Filter, review, advise and assist centre\xe2\x80\x99s principals with their FaceBook page photos posting. Ensure the content is appropriate.
Other company projects or event (exhibition, concert, graduation, etc) assigned by HOD.
2. Administrative Task
Prepare visit report.
Filling and organize related documentation.
Send invoices on time, prepare Credit Note and receipt to centres.
Filling and documenting related documents.
3. Centres and inter-department support and cross communication
Update Franchise Operation Consultant or/and Department admin on the job progress.
Assist R&D department to prepare monthly training or other projects.
4. Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or managerEducation Level: Diploma or Degree Field of Studies: Preferable ECCE or Psychology; other studies in Communication or Business line are welcomed too.
