Job Responsibilities:
Review fraudulent orders, seller appeals, creator risk cases, etc.
Conduct investigations using fraud analysis tools (Odin, Sherlock, ByteHi, Ultron).
Identify risk patterns and propose improvements to fraud prevention processes.
Participate in fraud-related projects and loss reduction strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years e-commerce fraud experience OR 2 years customer service with
exposure to fraud/abuse.
Strong analytical skills & documentation ability.
Proactive, detail-oriented, strong emotional control.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM, high accuracy required for sensitive fraud
investigations. Must record findings across multiple systems while analyzing data simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
