Job description
Main Responsibility:
- Oversight to operations and governance of the Fraud, Risk and Surveillance team in Malaysia.
- Acts as a single point of contact for business and global heads for all matters relatd to Fraud, Risk and Surveillance operations in Malaysia.
- Manage the relationship between Surveillance centre operations and Business stakeholders.
- Deliver customer focused support on Fraud control processes across various geographies.
- Have oversight of processes and controls across all Fraud Surveillance centres. Ensure consistent operating standards across all surveillance centres.
- Good working knowledge of risk management, specifically as applicable to Retail Risk Operations
- Strong leadership capabilities and management skills, with the ability to deliver effective controls within Fraud, Risk and Surveillance.
- Ability to create effective work relationships within and across functions & borders.
