• Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of the Fraud Case Management System, covering case management, approval routing, and reporting.
• Conduct deep-dive requirements gathering with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for process streamlining and target process design.
• Prepare, review, and refine Application Functional Documents (AFD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Develop and build the web-based Fraud Case Management application using the .Net framework.
• Design, build, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) robots using the UiPath platform to automate data extraction, system updates, and emailing activities.
• Integrate the system and RPA with various banking dependency applications such as Siebel, Host (AS400), Asccend, Fuzion, Infobip, IMS, TD, Sectron, RPP, PLLoads, HPLoads, MGLoads, and CCLoads.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including managing issue logs and code updates based on test results.
• Oversee production deployment and provide post-deployment production warranty support (1-month duration).
• Provide ongoing Maintenance & Support services for the Fraud Case Management System and RPA, including bug fixes, system compatibility, optimization, user support, and training.
• Configure and maintain key system modules, including User Management, Role Management, Case Assignment (e.g., Round Robin routing based on customer level, dispute amount, IO experience), Reporting and Analytics, Audit Log, Case Search, IO Dashboard, and Approval Routing.
• Manage master data and system configurations, such as investigation checklists, TAT settings, document templates, and data mapping.
• Collaborate closely with internal HLB teams (FMU PICs, Investigation Officers, Checkers) and external partners
