Job Summary

We are seeking a highly competent

Freelance Accountant

to manage

full set accounts

for a small-to-medium manufacturing business. This is a remote-based position with

one (1) on-site visit per week

required to understand our operational workflow and industry nature.

You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, tax submissions, and ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial health in accordance with Malaysian statutory requirements.

This is a

long-term freelance opportunity

with flexibility and consistent monthly remuneration.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Full Set of Accounts

Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) Balance Sheet Cash Flow Statement Trial Balance Asset & Liability Schedule

Annual Tax Drafting

Draft Form B (individual business tax return)

Tax Submission

Final submission of Form B to LHDN Provide accounting insight into manufacturing-related cash flow and cost structuring Work closely with the director/management team for reporting and annual financial reviews

Key Requirements:

Minimum

3 years experience in full set accounting

, preferably in manufacturing or SME environment Experience in

LHDN filing & tax documentation

Familiarity with accounting software (SQL Account preferred) Strong understanding of

Malaysian tax regulations & SST

High level of

integrity

, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working independently & reporting to business owners Able to

visit office in Kota Tinggi weekly

for operational alignment

Licensed Tax Agent (or pursuing license)
