A Singapore-based health-tech Client is looking for a Growth Marketer (Freelance, Remote) who will be responsible for spearheading data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and Growth Marketing (funnel analysis, GA4, website CRO) to attract and engage B2B clients.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Utilize Google Ads and Meta Ads to create and manage effective advertising campaigns for qualified website traffic.
• Improve website performance and increase conversion rates through conversion rate optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, target audiences, and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, user behaviour, and customer insights for optimization.
• Employ B2B marketing strategies to engage target customers in the tech industry.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices for innovative growth strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with expertise in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and Growth Marketing (funnel analysis, GA4, website CRO).
• Understanding of local business lead generation, including but not limited to Meta Click-to-Message ads, Google Local Search Ads, etc. Preference for those having run ads in the Singapore market before.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and targeting strategies, specifically in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
• Preferably with experience working in a tech company.
