- Halal Internal Auditor Training

- HACCP & GMP / ISO 22000

Halal Assessment & Auditing

Conduct halal audits on raw materials, suppliers, production processes, equipment, and facility layout. Review and verify halal documents including ingredient lists, supplier halal certificates, process flow charts, and halal control procedures. Ensure all processes comply with

JAKIM Halal Certification Procedures

, and relevant halal standards. Prepare complete audit reports and follow up on implementation of improvements.

Shariah Compliance

Ensure operations and products comply with Shariah principles. Review policies, SOPs, contracts, and procedures to ensure Shariah adherence. Provide Shariah advice to management and operational teams when needed. Assist in preparation of Shariah-related documentation for internal or external review.

Liaison & Coordination

Act as liaison between company and halal authorities (e.g.,

JAKIM

) during certification or audits. Coordinate internal halal committee meetings and present audit findings. Work with procurement, production, quality, and Shariah teams to ensure compliance.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Monitor CCPs (Critical Control Points) related to halal integrity. Update company on latest halal standards, Shariah rulings, and industry requirements. Conduct risk assessment for halal and Shariah compliance.
