Supervise and coordinate all heat exchanger maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities at site.
Ensure all works are performed in accordance with client specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
Monitor manpower performance and ensure work progress meets project timelines.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the team.
Prepare daily work reports and update the client or project engineer on job status.
Verify materials, tools, and equipment are in good condition and available for use.
Ensure all safety procedures and permit-to-work systems are strictly followed.
Liaise with client representatives and subcontractors to resolve site issues effectively.
