KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Design and Coding:

• Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive email experiences.
• Transform Figma/PSD design files into pixel-perfect HTML.
• Utilize CSS to create responsive email layouts.
• Develop, modify, and maintain email templates and existing campaigns.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Ensure emails render identically across various browsers, ESPs, and devices.
• Perform thorough QA testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and websites.
• Use email testing tools such as Email on Acid and Litmus to test and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and performance issues.

Campaign Management:

• Set up and test complex email campaigns with dynamic content.
• Manage email marketing programs, including data management, segmentation, and communication lists.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Provide technical support to marketing and creative teams.
• Proactively collaborate with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.

Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies to keep our projects cutting-edge.
• Apply best practices in email development, compliance regulations, and accessibility.
• Continuously improve email procedures and develop best practices for coding emails.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email development using HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience working with email testing tools (Email on Acid, Litmus).
• Familiarity with project management and communication platforms (Asana, JIRA, Basecamp, ClickUp).
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and responsive email design.
• Strong command of the English language.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Certifications in email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics.
