• Experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management / Marketing is preferred.
• Basic sales follow-up and closing skills (training provided).
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver tasks on schedule.
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media ads and content creation tools.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company training programs.
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
• Assist in planning and running online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase results.
• Handle basic graphic or video content creation (added advantage but not compulsory).
• Conduct simple market research and competitor checks.
• Support any ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned based on project needs.
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals by understanding customer needs, handling objections, and presenting suitable training solutions.
