Freelance Recruiter For Real Estate Negotiator
Job Description
Our company would like to present an opportunity for individuals or companies to help us fill up our recruitment funnel. We are looking to expand quickly and need constant referrals, lead generation etc of individuals who are:
1. Living within Selangor & KL, Malaysia
2. Willing to work weekends
3. Has transportation
4. Willing to work in the real estate industry on full commission work selling top tier developments from reputable developers.
We accept an unlimited amount of referrals and interested candidates. Conversion will be up to us.
We will compensate up to RM1000 / 200USD per onboarded individual and RM500/100USD upon first sale of the individual.
We use an applicant tracking system that will make it very easier any individual/vendor to see our recruitment progress once referrals are sent over to us as well as notifications once candidates are hired. An exact criteria checklist of candidates we accept will be attached below.
This is an open job opportunity and an ongoing project spanning 5 years.
We will compensate up to 200USD per onboarded individual and 100USD upon first sale of the individual.
