- Search for potential candidates by looking into several resources.
- Improve your research abilities.
- Develop strong communication with candidates.
- Set up interviews and keep an eye on the applicants.
- Hone your negotiation and objection-handling skills with candidates.
- Edit resumes for candidates and offer coaching to aid in job placement.
- Must be able to speak fluent English
