Role Description
This is a freelance, part time temporary, on-site role located in Johor Bahru for a Sales Executive. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include developing and managing effective marketing strategies, coordinating sales and promotional campaigns, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions to enhance team performance. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to identify leads, close deals, and achieve targets
Experience in providing Training to enhance team capabilities and develop sales skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage and assess marketing and sales campaigns effectively
