Reserve Daily is a rapidly growing health and wellness platform specializing in luxury regenerative medicine. We operate under Daily Group Sdn. Bhd. and manage multiple entities including ReserveWell Sdn. Bhd. and Acomogo Travel Tech Sdn. Bhd. As we scale our operations, we need an experienced accounting professional to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Freelance Senior Accountant
to manage our accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and strategic financial projections on a flexible 1-2 visits per week basis. This role is critical to maintaining our financial health as we expand regionally.
Compensation:
RM250-300 per visit
Schedule:
1-2 visits weekly (1x office-based + 1x remote if needed)

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Closing
Prepare accurate monthly and annual closing procedures
Generate comprehensive financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare management accounts for stakeholder review
Tax Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (Form C and other statutory forms)
Manage E-Invoicing implementation and compliance
Handle SST (Sales & Service Tax) submissions
Maintain compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
Support KWSP/EPF and SOCSO matters
Financial Analysis & Projections
Provide detailed financial projections for business expansion projects
Conduct costing analysis, revenue forecasting, and profit potential assessments
Prepare budgeting reports and variance analysis
Track revenue growth and provide actionable insights
Accounting Operations
Perform bank reconciliations and account matching
Conduct transaction verification and revenue tracking
Maintain proper documentation for audit trails
Support audit processes and liaise with auditors
Assist with company secretary matters when required
Strategic Support
Use accounting software (Autocount, Excel, SQL) to streamline reporting
Provide recommendations for financial process improvements
Assist with company strike-off processes if needed
Support business decisions with data-driven financial insights
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) preferred
Proven track record in managing full-cycle accounting for SMEs or startups
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)
SQL knowledge

Autocount accounting software

Strong understanding of
E-Invoicing systems
In-depth knowledge of
SST and Malaysian tax compliance
Experience preparing
Form C and corporate tax submissions
Financial Expertise
Demonstrated ability to create
financial projections, costing models, and revenue forecasts
Strong budgeting and financial planning skills
Experience with P&L management, reconciliations, and management accounts
Knowledge of month-end/year-end closing procedures
Additional Knowledge
Familiarity with KWSP/EPF and SOCSO regulations
Experience supporting audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation
Understanding of company secretary matters
Knowledge of company strike-off procedures (advantage)
