We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual to support our team with client outreach activities. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people, is quick on their feet, and can handle conversations in both English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided lead list Follow the call script provided, while keeping the conversation natural and engaging Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional tone throughout each call Clearly explain the product or service and handle basic inquiries Assign interested leads to the manager in charge or schedule appointments Record call outcomes and client details accurately in the provided Excel sheet Share feedback and suggestions to improve call efficiency and results

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) Quick thinker, alert, and adaptable during conversations Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an added advantage Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Must have your own PC/laptop and mobile phone Comfortable with phone communication and basic data entry tasks Minimum age: 18 years old (college students are welcome to apply)

Working Hours & Pay:

Work-from-home position RM12 per hour (approximately 1-2 hours per day, flexible schedule) Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Additional daily bonus for successfully securing leads
