Responsibilities:
Represent Mood Travel with a friendly and positive attitude.
Lead and manage group tours according to itinerary.
Provide engaging information about destinations, culture, and activities.
Communicate clearly with participants and suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.).
Handle any issues that arise during the trip professionally.
Ensure safety, time management, and customer satisfaction throughout the tour.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Tour Guide / Tour Leader (international).
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Confident, friendly, and good with people.
Able to handle group dynamics and solve problems calmly.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends or holidays).
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a plus!).
