- Minimum Education: Diploma / Degree Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Preferably with minimum 2 year working experience in the related field.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Possess knowledge on ID QS in interior design & build.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards preferred.
- Language required: English & Mandarin.
- In depth understanding of full cycle of ID BQ, Contracts & Specifications.
- Familiar with pre-contract & post-contract work such as tender preparation, request for quotation, cost analysis, etc.
- Good follow up and organization skills.
- No benefits as free lance only
