$ 2,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Company Overview It is a Hong Kong based company, specialising in Logistics. The company has more than 70 offices that work with over 200 agent partners, and 30 key airlines and ocean liners to provide freight and logistics management services on a global scale.
Responsibilities:-
Develop effective customer relationship by providing regular feedback.
Conduct periodic operational review with customers.
Ensure shipment arrangements are made for customers and update shipment status to customers from time to time.
Serve as liaison between customers and various internal departments and vendors where required.
Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Maintain adequate records and prepare necessary reports timely.
Monitor shipment movement; follow up with operations department, compile documents required for operations, follow up and ensure shipment moves smoothly and on time.
Any other tasks by management
Requirements:-
Candidates must have at least 2 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in related field
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
Possess problem solving skills
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Familiar with customs regulations
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang
