Position: Freight Forwarding Executive.
Salary: RM 3000-4500.
Job location: Kelana Jaya,Petaling Jaya,Selangor.

As part of providing value-added recruitment services to our long standing corporate clients, Chrisjac Recruitment is currently seeking suitable logistics candidates to fill some of the vacancies that have recently arisen in the Klang Valley, specifically in Petaling Jaya. The vacancies that are available are full-time permanent positions located at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya. The nature of the positions are fast paced role and applicants will need a high degree accuracy and details and ability to multi-task and requires a good communication skills,especially in English as you will be liaising and communicating with a variety of customers, suppliers and overseas international agents.The logistics professional functions as an interface between international and domestic service providers and broader business.Specifically, the role will see you responsible for the execution of freight movements for exports and imports sea freight shipments. As the Ocean Freight Administrator, you will be responsible for end to end export coordination to include handling export inquiries,confirming information with the clients and service providers,preparing/lodging all export documentation,ensuring all information is accurately recorded in Cargowise (system) and raising relevant invoices (charges). Your line of duties will also include collating export document, booking with shipping liners,organising movement of cargoes.Candidate profileWe are looking for Malaysian females in age group 25-45 who are energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active driven persons to apply for the jobs.-Tertiary educations (Degree or diploma level) in Logistics,International Freight Management or relevant disciplines or Business Administration.-Minimum 3 years' industry experience in Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain & Logistics; however, those without the logistics experience but with the right work attitude and genuine passion and interests will be duly considered.-Tri-lingual (English,BM and Mandarin) ability will be an asset with strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.-Intermadiate level skills with Microsoft Office suite and electronic systems such as Cargowise-EDI.-Previous track record in customer service role will be a big plus.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates are hereby invited to apply by forwarding a copy of your resume for our review.
