Manage all international shipments, including planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.
Prepare documentation (such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COA, COO, Insurance, Application for Collection, Bank Draft etc)
Identify shipping issues and implement solutions promptly, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization
Supports the design and implementation of Logistical Solutions Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.
Enhance the shipment traceability performance, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.
Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & another related shipping documents.
Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Good understanding of import & export procedures, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge
Minimum 2 year of experience
in international logistics with Free Trade Zone
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
