Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping coordination (entry-level candidates with training may also be considered).
• Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms).
• Good communication and negotiation skills with freight providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (ERP knowledge is an advantage).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Cost-conscious and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including sea and land freight.
• Source, negotiate, and compare freight quotations from shipping lines and forwarders.
• Arrange bookings and ensure shipping instructions are accurate and on time.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents (e.g., B/L, invoices, packing lists, COO).
• Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to resolve delivery or documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment and cost records for reporting purposes.
• Work closely with Finance and partners to verify freight invoices and control logistics costs,
