• Location: Kelana Jaya (5-day week), Petaling Jaya.

They operate from network of international agents across Asia, Australia, Europe and America. Currently they are actively seeking matured and dedicated female candidates to assume the role of Freight Support Administrator with focus on freight administration support role within the organization. The position is permanent and will be based at their corporate head office business operations at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya.
About the role
This role position is not outdoor sales job but office based, permanent full-time role . The role offers a unique blend of customer service and back office support. Working with a portfolio of clients, you will also demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service and sales activity support role by quoting new business opportunities.
Candidates with an understanding of forwarding operations is useful and advantageous. The role includes the following:
xc2xb7Managing a portfolio of accounts end to end.
xc2xb7Coordinating relevant documentation and shipping orders.
xc2xb7Provide rates and quote for internal and external sea freight services.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will be those working within a Sales Administrator, Logistics/Transport Administrator position. However, the position is also open to candidates who have strong communication skills with efficient coordination ability.
xc2xb7Malaysian female in age group 25-35.
xc2xb7Energetic, self motivated with a desire to secure new business.
xc2xb7Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
xc2xb72-4 years' experience in freight forwarding Customs service role.
xc2xb7Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
