• 2years in fresh product procurement, supply chain, or retail management.
• Team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control standards for fresh products.
• Experience with SOP development and inventory management.
• Ability to address procurement, stock, and quality issues.
• Ability to perform quality checks and lift/move products.
• Prefer Ready to Work

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fresh product procurement plans (timely delivery, quality, stable supply)
• Place orders based on demand and stock levels, perform quality checks
• Conduct daily quality checks to meet sales standards
• Create and optimize department procedures for staff adherence
• Lead packaging tasks, provide regular training, and manage team performance
• Plan and execute promotions to drive sales growth
