- 2years in fresh product procurement, supply chain, or retail management.
- Team leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of quality control standards for fresh products.
- Experience with SOP development and inventory management.
- Ability to address procurement, stock, and quality issues.
- Ability to perform quality checks and lift/move products.
- Prefer Ready to Work
- Develop and execute fresh product procurement plans (timely delivery, quality, stable supply)
- Place orders based on demand and stock levels, perform quality checks
- Conduct daily quality checks to meet sales standards
- Create and optimize department procedures for staff adherence
- Lead packaging tasks, provide regular training, and manage team performance
- Plan and execute promotions to drive sales growth
