Role: Account Executive- 2 years contract (convertible to permanent if perform well)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure all accounting data entries are accurately and correctly recorded in the accounting system.
Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in the accounting records.
Process payments to subcontractors, suppliers, petty cash claims, and other expenses in a timely manner.
Verify that all accounting procedures and supporting documents (e.g., Requisition Forms, Purchase Orders, invoices) are properly completed, authorized, and approved prior to payment issuance.
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules as requested by external auditors.
Implement policies, procedures, activities, and instructions in compliance with Kajima Total Management Systems.
Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
