Client: MNC Japanese Financial Provider

Location: Bandar Utama (reachable by MRT)

Working hour: Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and effectively resolving any complaints with confidence. Conduct telesales activities to promote Life Insurance products. Manage customer inquiries related to EZ Connect and EZ Protect via WhatsApp promptly and accurately. Process full settlement requests and coordinate the delivery of redemption merchandise to customers. Perform relief duties as assigned to support team operations during staff absences.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any discipline. At least 1 year of related working experience in a similar industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
