Monitor daily operations and departmental safety performance
Follow up on staff performance, safety audits, and weekly 5S activities
Ensure compliance with the "Stop, Call, Wait" principle and eliminate unsafe machines or operations
Prepare and update monthly safety reports
Train new employees and review safety procedures (RA, EWP, WI) according to actual processes
Conduct safety activities such as GS Hirac, Kaizen, and management patrols
Lead departmental Kaizen activities and report to SEIW
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Experience:
safety: 1 year (Preferred)
