Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and supporting basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth and stable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network systems, dashboards, and alerts for any irregularities. Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary. Carry out basic service checks, including call testing and quality assessments. Create and update incident tickets in accordance with the SOP. Communicate with internal teams or customers to provide status updates. Report network faults or abnormalities promptly.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field. Willing to work
12-hour shift rotations
(day/night) Basic knowledge of networking, VoIP, or monitoring tools (training provided). Good communication skills and attention to detail.OPEN TO ALL FRESHIES <3
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
