Diploma / Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
Can speak in English & Mandarin
Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
Develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness
Fully support HRBP (C&B) to ensure monthly task run smoothly
Submit and perform timely and accurate payroll administration
Submit general HR Report (attendance, leave, claim etc.)
Ensure all the procedure and practice compliance with employment laws and HR policies
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, exit interviews and necessary documentation
Serve as a point of contact for employee and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns
Assist in HR policy development and implementation
Provide support and implement employee engagement HR initiatives and activities
Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes
Handle daily office administration
Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations
