About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

Pre- screening and application pre-processing of Unsecured Loan Application Form.

Ensure completeness of information and documentations.

Perform World Check One name screening for new to bank applications according to guidelines and review the result.

Perform income calculation of applicants.

Perform risk ranking according to relevant guidelines.

Escalate \xe2\x80\x9cHigh\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cModerate\xe2\x80\x9d risk ranking to Cards & Payments Products for on-boarding approval.

Perform coding on relevant fields in application form.

Highlight any suspicious applications to Cards & Payment Products Card Risk Unit based on criteria identified by the Card Risk Unit.

Application reconciliation and batching.

Return incomplete application forms to respective channels for further action.

Perform verification of applications against submission listing.

Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met and comply with bank\'s policy, process and compliance guidelines.

Prepare MIS and assist in other activities assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.

Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.

Job Requirement

Good English communication and written skills

Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.

Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking

Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience in card operations. Fresh graduate will be considered as well.
