Fresh / Junior Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Purpose Statement Reviews and Proposes improvements to the Supply Chain Organization with regards to Demand Planning, Field Inventory Management, Customer Service and Logistics in order to align and improve communication with the International and Global Supply Chain community. Responsibilities :
- Recommend the most appropriate and efficient method for the formation of strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements.
- Source, RFQ, recommend and negotiate with vendors to optimize benefits and advantage to BSC.
- Resolve vendor disputes with an acceptable outcome for both vendor & BSC.
- Develop & compose bids specifications in addressing BSC needs, and organized & execute bidding processes with shortlisted vendors.
- Assist in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement strategic sourcing initiatives and prioritization.
- Provide periodic and ad hoc spend analysis reports.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking vendor performance through periodic financial reviews, product performance, customer satisfaction survey and outreach.
- Identify ongoing opportunities and approaches for streamlining analytical processes
- Minimum 4 years experience in related field
