Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness and special guest arrangements.
Prepare and review registration forms, key issuance, welcome amenities, and VIP setups.
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby area.
Record and relay guest messages, wake-up calls, and other communications.
Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages when applicable.
Adhere to hotel standard operating procedures, safety policies, and data protection laws.
Report incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual guest behavior to the supervisor or manager immediately.
