Responsibilities



Attend Front Office Operations such as being a Front-line Cashier, administrative work-related to bank reconciliation and support backend issuance of receipts. Attend inbound calls and provide excellent services to meet customer's expectations, handle administrative work related to inquiries from the department's email boxes / company's WhatsApp. To conduct telesales to cross-selling on CED's products such as CRM and Insurance To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

Requirements



Min Diploma/Degree in any field Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field Strong attention to detail and accuracy especially when handling cash and transactions
