Responsibilities:
- To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
- Produce timely/details service reports and document processes
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Communication Skills
- Proven field service experience
- Recognized mass/marketing diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
- Driven to perform cross-selling and sales to achieve targets
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferred candidate from Hospitality Background
