Responsibilities:
To deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
Produce timely/details service reports and document processes
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
Communication Skills
Proven field service experience
Recognized mass/marketing diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule
Driven to perform cross-selling and sales to achieve targets
Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Preferred candidate from Hospitality Background
