RoboThink is a STEM edu-tainment company specialising in robotics and the coding programmes for students aged between 5 to 15 years. We are looking for energetic, dynamic, and friendly person for growth!

A brief job description of the role:
Interact with customers in person, on the phone and online, attend to their enquiries and requests.
Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer experiences.
Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new services.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our Learning Centre in Bandar Utama.
Support Instructors with administrative matters.
We will provide the relevant training and on-the-job training.
Ability to speak English is a must. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
