Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate fluently in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other languages will be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least 5 years working experience in the hotel industry preferably in the Managerial position handling Front office Department, Concerige, Telephone and Business Centre.
Pleasant personality with good administration skills.
Able to handle guest complaints

To handle & monitor day to day operations of the Front Office Administration and
maintain high standard of service efficiency.
To responsible in dealing with all guest needs and complaints.
To ensure all Standard Operation Procedures are met at all times.

To work closely with all other Departments.
