Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least 5 years working experience in the hotel industry preferably in the Managerial position handling Front office Department, Concerige, Telephone and Business Centre.
  • Pleasant personality with good administration skills.
  • Able to handle guest complaints
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
Responsibilities
  • To handle & monitor day to day operations of the Front Office Administration and
  • maintain high standard of service efficiency.
  • To responsible in dealing with all guest needs and complaints.
  • To ensure all Standard Operation Procedures are met at all times.
  • Work with the team.
  • To work closely with all other Departments.
