Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2500 to RM3000

Front Desk Officer

to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment all while being comfortable working in close proximity to animals.

About the Role



As a

Front Desk Officer

, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and professionals. You'll handle inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, doctors, nurses, and executives. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and enjoys working with both people and animals.

Key Responsibilities



Greet clients and visitors warmly while ensuring efficient service. Manage calls, appointments, and scheduling using the hospital database system. Provide accurate information on the hospital's products and services. Assist doctors, nurses, directors, and executives with coordination and administrative support. Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Ensure smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a positive client experience. Support hospital events, programs, and service promotions when required.

What We're Looking For



Diploma in Hospitality, Animal Healthcare, or any science-related field

(advantageous but not mandatory). Excellent

customer service skills

and a warm, approachable manner. Strong communication skills with good command of

English and Malay

(Mandarin is an added advantage). Ability to work well with a variety of professionals from doctors and nurses to senior executives. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to different situations. Familiarity with

hospital database systems

and appointment management. Comfortable working in environments with animals. Ability to

multi-task effectively

and learn quickly on the job.
