Job Description

Core duties

Visitor management:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, announce their arrival to the appropriate staff, and provide directions.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and handle basic inquiries from callers and visitors.

Administrative support:

Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and preparing documents.

Scheduling:

Manage calendars, schedule and confirm appointments or meetings, and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Mail and deliveries:

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, and schedule courier pickups when needed.

Office upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy reception area to create a positive first impression.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
