Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages, and manage appointment scheduling efficiently. Prepare prescribed medications with precision and process client payments accurately. Issue receipts and ensure payment amounts are correctly received and recorded. Confirm the accuracy of medications, products, and transaction amounts. Coordinate with laboratories to ensure timely sample collection. Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Interact comfortably and professionally with animals, as pets may occasionally be present at the front desk. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic. Assist with animal restraint when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
