Giving a call or a message to colleague when someone to meet or visit them.
Providing the correct direction and floor to visitor or customer to successfully meet the right person.
Handling all the parcels and documents and pass to the correct person.
Provide an accurate and effective support to group and colleague all the time.
Handling tour by giving the support on every related request and instruction effectiveness. Prepare welcome screen, group photo, cold towel and mineral water when requested by the person in charge.
Providing the service on reservation of meeting room by checking availability and status of the reservation to prevent the double reservation of the meeting room. And inform hygiene specialist to prepare refreshment before the meeting start.
Decoration for festival such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas Day.
Report to maintenance team while receiving any complaining of spoiled, damaged and brokered in this building.
