Handle incoming and outgoing call and walk in customers professionally.
  • To schedule therapist massage sequence for the following day.
  • Arrange the customer booking and therapist working schedule.
  • To promote massage packages and products to customers in order to generate sales and achieve the sales target.
  • Handle customer complaint with care on the early stage with professional manner.
Outlet Maintenance and Administration:
  • To clean and maintain Front desk counter.
  • Check the room and outlet\xe2\x80\x99s environment (e.g. music, candle and etc) and set up of the massage room.
  • Receive and record massage clothes and towels from laundry service.
  • Assist Company to handle outlet\xe2\x80\x99s administration tasks.
Banking and Stock System:
  • Handle the cash sales transactions and ensure the cash amount is accurate.
  • Ensure daily sales record and stock level is tallied with system.
  • Bank in cash sales amount on a timely manner.
  • Calculate the stock at the counter to ensure the stock amount is correct.
  • Update the stock management system daily.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
